Nevada Magazine unveils its new online Events & Shows
Are you planning a Nevada trip and wondering what's going on in the city or town you’re visiting? Or maybe you're just curious to know what's happening in the state. If so, use Nevada Magazine’s new online Events & Shows.
The events and shows are separated into Northern Nevada (Reno, Lake Tahoe, and beyond) and Southern Nevada (Las Vegas, Laughlin, and beyond) for your convenience, and you can search by date, title, or location. If you're unfamiliar with the geographic makeup of Nevada, you can search the whole state's events from the main landing page.
In Nevada Magazine's May/June issue
In the most recent issue, available on newsstands, you'll find two stories about attractions in and around Las Vegas that might surprise you: Bonnie Springs, a Wild West extravaganza, and Neon Museum, a quirky homage to the city's once-lit signs. Also in this issue are the cover story/photo gallery on Lamoille and Lamoille Canyon, a feature on how some Nevada cities and towns got their names, a look into Minden's fertile business market, a heartwarming annual classic car tour, and Las Vegas' new blockbuster show, “The Lion King.”
The magazine's Tour Around Nevada campaign continues with Genoa. On June 21, Nevada Magazine staff will present a Tour Around Nevada plaque to town officials and greet residents during the Sunday Concert in the Park.
Finally, information on Nevada Magazine's 32nd annual Great Nevada Picture Hunt (photo contest) is included. More details are available at nevadamagazine.com.
