Planning a trip to Sparks?

Get visitor information about Sparks — the northern Nevada city just east of Reno — on mobile devices. The iPad version of the city of Sparks mobile app now is available for free download in the iTunes App Store. Download it from the Sparks website, or by searching for “Sparks, NV” in either the iTunes App Store or the Android Market.

The mobile app also is available for iPhones and Android devices.

Sparks is home to many special events, including the Hometown Farmer’s Market every Thursday from June 7 to Aug. 23 (except Aug. 9), the Star Spangled Sparks events July 4 and the Best in the West Nugget Rib Cook-off Aug. 29 to Sept. 3.
