Reno Basque Festival set for July 23

Enjoy a choral performance by Basque-American group Noka, folk dancing, contests and more at the Reno Basque Festival, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 23 at Wingfield Park, First Street and Arlington Avenue in Reno.
