Cottonwood Creek operates as both a bed and breakfast and as a horse boarding facility year round.  It is located in the heart of the Carson Valley and sprawls over 40 acres of rolling hills boasting both open pastures and dry lots with large field shelters, private shelters with private paddocks and a large modern barn.  A round pen, hot walker and a very large riding arena (125' x 200') with jumps and trail obstacles are available for the use of boarders.   A new lighted, covered arena (75' x 150') has just been completed.  There are also three wash racks with hot water available.  BLM access is available just a few blocks away.  Training and lessons are provided on site.
