The Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve is home to thousands of migratory waterfowl as well as numerous resident desert birds. Nine ponds are available for birding, all surrounded by both wheelchair-accessible paved rounds and soft surfaces. Gear such as comfortable shoes, sunscreen, water, and binoculars are all recommended.
