The historic Old Brockway Golf Course evokes golf from a bygone era. Not only is the Kings Beach course picture-perfect, with its scenic meadows and babbling streams, but it has hosted a selection of famous events and legendary celebrities. The par-36 course was home to the first Bing Crosby Golf Tournament in 1934 and other regulars included Frank Sinatra, Bob Hope, Dean Martin, Joe Kennedy and even Lucille Ball.

Designed by renowned Scottish architect John Duncan Dunn, a leading golf course architect of his era with many famous courses to his credit, the Old Brockway Golf Course is characterized by its beauty and complete playability. Reaching more than 3,400 yards through regal pine trees and affording majestic mountain and lake views, the Old Brockway incorporates tight fairways and small, smooth greens, features that demand accuracy and strategic shot-making abilities. The superbly conditioned course has rated as one of Golf Today Magazine’s top ten in northern California. The beautiful Old Brockway was also the first nine-hole golf course in the country to become certified as an Audubon cooperative sanctuary.

The Old Brockway features practice facilities including a driving range and a putting green with beautiful Lake Tahoe views. The lovely clubhouse is home to a pro shop and restaurant.
