As one would expect of a Tournament Players Club course, TPC Las Vegas is in a class of its own. Routinely described as the finest in “desert elegance,” the course was expertly designed by Bobby Weed and Raymond Floyd to capitalize on the beauty of the surrounding terrain. And it certainly does. Winding more than 7,000 yards through beautiful indigenous vegetation and such natural southern Nevada desert features as canyons and barrancas, the course has just 110 acres of irrigated land. That gives it the distinction of being the 138th course in the world – and the second in Nevada when it opened – to qualify as a “Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.” TPC Las Vegas, which Floyd ranks among his best works, has hosted the Senior PGA Tour’s Las Vegas Classics and is part of the prestigious master-planned community of Summerlin. It’s an immaculately-manicured course that challenges the most skilled players of the game, thanks to its lightning fast greens, narrow fairways and frustrating obstacles. In keeping with the first-rate experience, service at TPC Las Vegas is second to none. The club’s caddie program is truly exceptional, featuring professionally trained caddies that will make a player’s experience on the course simply unforgettable.
