Golf Magazine's coveted BBQ award, otherwise known as the Best Bang for the Buck Quotient, rates the value of a course relative to every dollar it costs to play. And for Tuscany Golf Club, BBQ winner two years running, that speaks volumes. The Ted Robinson-designed is not only beautiful, but also a fantastically affordable Las Vegas golf experience. And with a 2006 VegasGolfer award for best player service staff, Tuscany Golf Club is every bit as friendly as it is reasonable. The course is characterized by its rolling terrain, challenging greens and Tuscan wine theme, evident in the tee signs made of wine barrels. Stretching just over 6,900 yards, the course features nearly 70 white sand bunkers and numerous water features. The course at Tuscany will challenge the skilled player, but thanks to its four sets of tees, the novice won’t feel overwhelmed. In keeping with the Italian theme, the 31,000-square-foot clubhouse is designed with as an Old World Tuscan Village, complete with amenities such as a golf store, pub, fine dining options and beautiful banquet facilities. A generous patio stretching 4,000 square feet provides spectacular views of the course, surrounding mountains and Las Vegas Strip, which is just a short drive away.
