Eligibility is opened to fine artists in all media residing in the seven southwestern states served by the Colorado River: Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Idaho and Utah. The artists exhibit their work in an outdoor setting over 130 acres in historic downtown Boulder City. Come and enjoy great food & beverage concessions and take part in the fine art raffle.
