Nevada State Museum’s Frances Humphrey Lecture Series Presents: The Nevada Discovery Ride: Pioneering in the Modern Age by Samantha Szesciorka, Assistant Curator of the Wilbur D. May Museum.

Experience the hidden beauty of the Silver State, following Samantha’s 450 mile backcountry journey on horseback, battling wild terrain, wild weather, and wild animals. An avid equestrian with nearly 20 years of experience, Samantha is an associate member of the Long Riders’ Guild.

Doors open at 6 pm; early arrival recommended. 

Admission: $8 adults; museum members & ages 17 & under, free.
