Great Eldorado BBQ, Brews and Blues Festival
Ready to get a taste of summertime in the high desert? Fire up the grills, tap the kegs, and crank up the tunes for the best summer block party in the BLC! Each June, thousands of carnivores from near and far descend upon the Biggest Little City for a weekend-long lineup of savory barbecue, samplings from more than 50 microbreweries around the country, and a lineup of free outdoor concerts from the Eldorado Resort at THE ROW.
Downtown Reno’s streets close to cars for this grill-sparkin’ keg-tapppin’ tune-rockin’ summer kickoff party, featuring more than 50 craft brewers, food vendors galore, and two stages of free, non-stop music.
The BBQ, Blues and Brews Festival is free to the public to enjoy live music and browse vendors, while Festival-goers can purchase a wristband and tokens for unlimited barbecue tastings and beer samplings. All kinds of local breweries participate in this event, including The Depot Reno, Pigeon Head Brewery, Lead Dog Brewing, and more. Then there’s the barbecue! Dig into mouth watering faves like perfectly seasoned grilled chicken, slow-smoked brisket and ribs, sausages and beyond, all hot from the grill.
