Best yet, Star Point also lies along Nevada State Route 400—your gateway to Unionville Ghost Town and the Old Pioneer Garden Country Inn, Humboldt Mountain Range, Safe Haven Wildlife Sanctuary, and many other ghost towns including Rochester and Star City. Outdoor recreation abounds within the Humboldt Mountain Range, which beholds Star Peak—the most prominent mountain peak in Pershing County—along with some of the region’s best hunting, fishing, stargazing, off-road driving, rockhounding, and beyond.

The Star Point RV Park is equipped with extra large RV spaces with upgraded electrical service (20/30/50 AMP) ready to power any rig for the night, or extended stay on the property. RV park guests have access to a well-kept shower facility, laundry room, and playground area. Along with the RV park and general store, visitors will love the on-site restaurant, stocked with all kinds of fresh salads, made-to-order burgers and sandwiches, classic comfort food like chicken pot pie and chicken fried steak, and on Friday and Saturday nights, slow roasted prime rib and lobster tail specials.
