Jiggs Reservoir
Open camping on north and south shores only. Located 30 miles south-southeast of Elko via SR-227 and SR-228.
The Zunino/Jiggs Reservoir Recreation Area is a popular access point for the Humboldt National Forest and the Ruby Lakes National Wildlife Refuge. Camping, hiking, and photographic opportunities are endless. There is open camping on the north and south shores, 9 developed sites with tables, grills, vault toilets, a day-use area, and no drinking water.
