One of two world-class golf courses at Lake Tahoe’s Incline Village, the Championship Course completed a redesign in 2003-2004 that makes it arguably one of the top courses in the West. A 7,106-yard masterpiece designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., the stunning par-72 course is a blend of tight fairways guarded by stately pines, well-bunkered greens and devious water hazards on nearly every hole. And then there are the views. In addition to their expert layouts and memorable landscape, both Incline Village golf courses offer spectacular views of breathtaking Lake Tahoe.
The courses at Incline also rank among World Golf’s 100 Best Golf Shops, while the Championship Course was recently honored on the Best in State list by Golf Digest for the third year. The excellent practice facilities on the Championship Course are as one would expect at such an impressive golf club. The driving range includes 28 stalls and five target greens with such variance in yardage that practice sessions take on a course-like feel.
The Championship Course is also home to the beautiful Chateau, a majestic Tahoe-style clubhouse with a modern twist. The Chateau is home to unparalleled event and banquet facilities, a premier golf shop, luxurious locker rooms and a delicious grill with magnificent course and lake views.
