Whitney Mesa Nature Preserve

Whitney Mesa Nature Preserve is 6-acres of family-friendly fun. The 1-mile trail (a portion of which is ADA accessible) passes by a babbling brook and takes you up the mesa for spectacular views of Henderson. It’s an excellent spot to watch the sunset or rise. Other ammenities include barbecues and covered picnic areas. The Preserve is adjacent to the Clark County School District’s Whitney Mesa Outdoor Science Laboratory, providing educational opportunities for students throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
