Made from locally sourced and sustainable grains grown in Nevada’s high desert, Minden Mill Distilling’s spirits include bourbon, rye, and American single malt whiskeys, as well as white spirits. The distillery is housed in century-old buildings that used to be a creamery and flour mill, earning it a spot on the National Register of Historic Places. Even non-drinkers will want to experience this remarkable, LEED-certified campus for the awe-inspiring architecture and design features.  

Minden Mill Distillery Tours and Tasting Room

Make a tour of Minden Mill Distilling part of your next Carson Valley adventure. You’ll hear all about the history of the property and discover the fascinating process of distilling spirits. Every little detail—from towering copper stills and a magnificent spiral staircase to artisan pipework design and even the cable management—shows exactly how much care and effort Minden Mill puts into their distillery and its spirits.

After the tour, it’s time for a tasting. You’ll get to choose four samples from a variety of spirits and enjoy them inside a beautiful tasting room that overlooks distillery operations. At the bar, finely crafted cocktails put the Minden Mill spirits on delicious display. Once you find your favorite, take a bottle home and relive your Minden Mill Distilling experience with every sip!
