Wells est\u00e1 ubicado junto a las monta\u00f1as Humboldt y Ruby, lo que permite una gran oportunidad para practicar senderismo, ciclismo, pesca y m\u00e1s. Realice un recorrido a pie por la calle Front del casco antiguo o visite el pueblo fantasma de Metropolis, un pueblo agr\u00edcola que otrora fue floreciente y ahora est\u00e1 seco y abandonado, con siete ranchos y otros restos de edificios a\u00fan en pie. Tambi\u00e9n hay un Centro de Sendero para Emigrantes que cuenta la historia de la participaci\u00f3n de Wells en el Salvaje Oeste.
