Al poner un pie en estas tierras hist\u00f3ricas, los cuentos del Viejo Oeste cobran vida ante usted, gracias a la vida y los tiempos de quienes descansan aqu\u00ed. Desde l\u00edderes pol\u00edticos y bandidos en fuga hasta tiradores no tan r\u00e1pidos y m\u00e1s, revise las p\u00e1ginas de la historia de Tonopah en el Antiguo Cementerio de Tonopah.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>No hay mejor manera de conocer el <a href=\"https:\/\/travelnevada.com\/cities\/tonopah\/\">Reina de los Campamentos Plateados<\/a> que a trav\u00e9s de su pasado. Descubra las historias de los hombres, mujeres y ni\u00f1os que reforzaron la historia del Estado de Plata en el Antiguo Cementerio de Tonopah, supuestamente embrujado y a pasos del legendario Clown Motel.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n<p>El antiguo cementerio de Tonopah se construy\u00f3 en 1901 a partir de relaves de la miner\u00eda de plata (que en un momento enterraron por completo las tumbas y sus marcadores) en el coraz\u00f3n de la ciudad. En 1911, el n\u00famero de muertos super\u00f3 esta primera parcela peque\u00f1a, lo que motiv\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de un cementerio a\u00fan m\u00e1s grande para soportar la creciente vida y los tiempos de <a href=\"https:\/\/travelnevada.com\/cities\/tonopah\/\">El auge de la plata en Tonopah<\/a>.  Entre 1901 y 1911, el antiguo cementerio de Tonopah fue el lugar de descanso final de casi 300 personas, muchas de las cuales fueron v\u00edctimas del estilo de vida salvaje y ruidoso del Viejo Oeste y de los est\u00e1ndares de salud y seguridad de la \u00e9poca. La mayor\u00eda de los que descansan aqu\u00ed fueron v\u00edctimas de una misteriosa \u201cplaga de Tonopah\u201d en 1902, o del desastroso incendio de la mina Belmont que ocurri\u00f3 el 12 de febrero de 1911.
