El r\u00edo Jarbidge, que tiene su origen en dos bifurcaciones principales, fluye a trav\u00e9s de ca\u00f1ones de basalto y riolita en la alta meseta del desierto de Owyhee antes de unirse a la bifurcaci\u00f3n oeste del r\u00edo Bruneau, a unas 25 millas al norte de la frontera con Nevada. Estrecho y salvaje, el r\u00edo Jarbidge tiene una longitud de 46,3 kil\u00f3metros, 17 de los cuales est\u00e1n dentro de los l\u00edmites de Nevada. La geolog\u00eda que se encuentra en las orillas del r\u00edo Jarbidge tiene una forma de llamarte fuera del camino, con una erosi\u00f3n natural que ha tallado incre\u00edbles acantilados monol\u00edticos y toneladas de pin\u00e1culos, o &amp;quot;hoodoos&amp;quot;, tambi\u00e9n. De todos modos, la mejor manera de pescar en el r\u00edo Jarbidge es durante el verano, pero si planea visitarlo m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del per\u00edodo de julio a octubre, planifique acceder a Jarbidge desde el norte a trav\u00e9s de Idaho; no est\u00e1 de m\u00e1s ponerse en contacto tambi\u00e9n con Outdoor Inn, que conocer\u00e1 las condiciones de las carreteras en el \u00e1rea.
