There is so much to find in the rubble along the mountains. A tale of a different time. \n\u2026\nNot much is left, but the few intact pieces of history I come across I set aside so they won\u2019t be trampled, or stash in my pockets to take home to my own collection. \n\u2026\nOld bottles have become a collectible item lately on my trips, and oh of course I have to grab a rock as well along the way. There is just something I can\u2019t explain when the rock just draws me in and I fall in love. \n\u2026\nThese few items are just some of many in my mounting collection at home I\u2019ve never shared. It is known as Camp Denio and Billie Denio\u2019s Place.\nI love it when I find little treasures. I didn\u2019t expect to find an old photo of Denio Camp, but I came across it at the Library of Congress. The title is \u201cCamp Denio, 5 Miles From Scene of Murder, 1911.\u201d The photo was part of a series depicting the Battle of Kelley Creek between Native Americans and law enforcement.\nGorgeous scenery, historic buildings and a murder?
