12:00 pm - Registration Booth Opens For all events, Poker Walk Registration begins, Model Railroad Exhibit begins, NEW!!!!! 1st Annual Aaron Huisman Desert Art Contest. Entries will be on display at the Community Center from 12-5 p.m.

1:00 pm - All Vendors Open, Beatty Days kicks off with music by Bill Tracy Live the on the Upper Stage and Tru Blu Band on the lower stage, Carved or decorated Pumpkin Contest. Bring your pumpkin to the registration booth.

3:00 pm - Tricycle Races in the Upper Park

5:15 pm - Halloween Costume Contest on the Upper Stage

5:45 pm - Miss and Jr. Miss Beatty Days Crowning on the Upper Stage

5:45 pm - 1900's Reenactment in the Lower Park

6:00 pm - Pumpkin Contest Winners Announced

7:00 pm - Vendors Close

7:00 am - VFW Pancake Breakfast at the East Side Pavilion

8:00 am - Tombstone 5K Run & 2 K Walk Sign Up at the Registration Booth, Vendors Open

8:00 - 9:30 am - Parade Line-Up /Registration at Beatty Middle School- 4th and Reibel 

8:30 am - Tombstone 5K Run and 2K Walk Begins at Third and Armargosa

9:00 am - Aaron Huisman, Desert Art Entries will be displayed from 9am - 3 pm at the Community Center

9:30 am - ICS Chili Cook Off in the Upper Park

10:00 am - Downtown Parade Begins with announcer Jerry Adcox and Dick Gardner & Honorary Grand Marshalls Dave Spicer and Brad Hunt, Live Music by CJ Robert & The Wildhorse Band on the Lower Stage, Old West Shootouts Throughout the day. Beatty Cowboys Lower Park

11:00 am - Classic Car Show in the Upper Park, Live Music by Bill Tracy Live on the Upper Stage, Chicken Drop Bingo Morning Movement at the Cowboys Façade in the Lower Park

11:30 am - Trunk or Treat in the Car Show Area, VFW Lunch at the East Side Pavillion

12:00 pm - Chili Cook Off People's Choice Tasting Begins, Parade Winners announced Upper StageWith Honorary Grand Marshalls Dave Spicer and Brad Hunt, Tombstone 5K Run & 2K Walk Winners Announced on the Upper Stage

12:30 pm - Bed Races begin on the east side of Park

2:00 pm - Piñata Breaking kids ages 2-6, 7-10 at the Lower Park Cowboy Façade

2:30 pm - Chili Cook Off Judging begins

3:00 pm - Car Show Winners announced

3:30 pm - Bed Race Winners announced Upper Stage, Chicken Drop Bingo After Noon Special in the Lower Park

3:45 pm - Pickle Liquor Hoot-N-Holler Upper Stage, Poker Walk Winners Announced Upper Stage

4:00 pm - Cook Off Winners Announced, Live Music by Bill Tracy on the Upper Stage

5:45 pm - Root Beer Drinking and Belching Contest in the Upper Park

10:00 am - Dedication by Sheriff Sharon Wehrly Honoring Nye County's Fallen Police Officers, Live Music by CJ Roberts & The Wildhorse Band on the Lower Stage and Tru Blu Band on the Upper Stage, Kite Flying/ Frisbee Contest in the Upper Park, bring your own or use one of ours

11:00 am - Pet Parade in the Lower Park, ICS Chili Cook Off 2nd Heat "Red Chili Only"

12:00 pm - Hula Hoop Contest in the Upper Park

12:30 pm - Aaron Huisman, Desert Art Winners Announced Upper Stage

2:00 pm - Chili Judging begins

2:30 pm - Chili Cook Off Winners Announced

 

Boy Scouts Climbing Wall will be located in the Lower Park Area

 

Poker Walk - Begins Friday 12 noon All Cards need to be turned in by 3pm Saturday. Winners will be announced on Saturday at 3:30 in the Upper Park

Model Railroad Exhibit - Fri. Noon - pm -- Sat. 9 am- 5 pm -- Sun. 9 am-12 noon
