Held the first weekend in May since 1977, the annual Spring Jamboree is considered by many to be Boulder City’s first major public festival of the year, a springboard to numerous fun-filled, family-friendly events that follow.
The Spring Jamboree, now in its 44th year, is an outdoor festival held at four beautiful public parks located in the historic downtown district of Boulder City, including Bicentennial Park, Wilbur Square, North and South Escalante Parks.
As the major fundraising event for the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce, Spring Jamboree planted its roots as a simple sidewalk sale in front of several member businesses in the historic district. Many wonder if those original volunteers who produced that first event could have ever imagined the amazing festival it is today.
Come and enjoy a classic hot-rod car show featuring cars from all over the West; rows and rows of arts and crafts produced by skilled artisans; scrumptious snacks and drinks from food concessioners representing every ethnic origin; center-stage performers that will entertain you for two full days; a rock, gem and mineral show displaying earthen treasures; Bark in the Park; Little Miss/Mister Pageant; and KidZone activities for the kids that will get their hearts pumping and energy levels to their peak.
Returning for 2021 is the annual Get Outdoors Nevada Days, an outdoor adventure expo showcased at this year’s Jamboree teaching about all of the amazing outdoor fun Nevada has to offer.
We invite you to fall in love with Boulder City and return often to learn more about why we call it “A World Away For A Day!”
