Coal Mine Canyon

Just northeast of Elko, this well-maintained dirt road provides access to several interesting four-wheel drive trails. Plenty of rolling canyon driving makes this area fun to explore.

Getting There: From Elko, take I-80 to Osino exit. Turn left on dirt road. Follow for approximately eight miles. Turn left on Coal Mine Canyon Rd.
