Gov. Steve Sisolak has announced the appointment of Brenda Scolari as director of the Nevada Department of Tourism and Cultural Affairs. Since 2018, Brenda has served as the NDTCA acting director, overseeing the Division of Tourism (Travel Nevada), the Division of Museums and History, the Nevada Indian Commission and the Nevada Arts Council.
