A Different Beast
Nevada’s rich Basque history comes alive in a rich, delicious experience at A Different Beast. This locally owned restaurant is one of the few Spanish restaurants in Las Vegas that focuses on Basque and Catalan cuisine, recreating the delightful pintxos (small, savory snacks) from both of those cultures.

The team at A Different Beast loves Spanish food from all regions, but specifically the cuisine from Basque country and the Catalonia region of Spain. They found themselves returning to the amazing food and liberated dining experiences repeatedly and wanted to share that with their guests—because after all, when it comes to food, sharing is caring.
Choose from three all-you-can-enjoy menus, each featuring a rotating variety of pintxos and tapas plates made with the freshest ingredients. Options range from Wagyu tartare and classic anchovy to patatas bravas and pulpo. Bookend your meal with a glass of sangria and different desserts.
