Zagol is the first and only Ethiopian restaurant in the Reno / Tahoe region.
Mixing both modern and traditional Ethiopian cooking techniques, the chef of Zagol’s expertly blend exotic spices to create tantalizing, authentic beef, chicken, lamb and also vegetarian dishes. Enjoy a blend of exotic spices, meats, and vegetables, served on injera- traditional Ethiopan bread- which you also use as your utensils.
Lunch is 12pm – 3pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Dinner is 5pm – 9pm, Tuesday through Thursday, and 5pm – 10pm, Friday and Saturday.
Dinner is available on Sundays by reservation only.
