Ready to put a little Nevada grit back into high-octane racing? Situated about 30 minutes from Reno, find the holy grail of off-road motorsports racing at the Fernley 95A Speedway. Tucked in a basin beneath northern Nevada high desertscape mountains and skies, it’s here where you’ll find some of the Silver State’s most prestigious national and local racing events, ranging from the National Sprint Car Racing Series, midget racing, go-kart racing and beyond.

As one of the best dirt tracks in northern Nevada, there’s no better venue to get down-and-dirty with a range of car racing classes than the Fernley 95A Speedway.

Experiencing race night at Fernley 95A Speedway may be one of the coolest things to do in Fernley—it’s definitely the best place in the Fernley-area to get your adrenaline pumping. Get your hands on an upcoming schedule to see IMCA A Mods, hobby stocks, sprint cars, and more rip around a massive dirt track only 20 minutes from Reno. The season typically runs from mid March through mid October each year, offering a handful of test and tune events with a series of points races.

In addition to the dirt racing track, the Fernley Speedway introduced a new addition in early 2020, a new motocross track, inching closer to their goal as one destination for all types of racing, including cars, UTVs and motocross sports. Make a weekend out of your time at Fernley 95A Speedway! The track is RV Friendly, and patrons can dry camp at places surrounding the track, too.
