Reno River Festival

Details

Summer begins here! The Reno River Festival returns June 12-13 with a celebration of all things local. For the 2021 event, the Reno River Festival is all about supporting local and a love for the Reno community. Local craft vendors, food trucks, performers, and others who rely on events to make a living have been hit especially hard by the pandemic. A festival entry fee will allow you to take part in this authentic outdoor celebration of all things local with access to live music at MusicFest, shopping at local crafter and artist booths in the Vendor Village, tasty treats at local food trucks, locally brewed craft beers and beyond.

At the center of it all are the world’s top whitewater athletes competing at the Truckee River Whitewater Park. For the 2021 event, no whitewater competition will be happening, though visitors will still enjoy the relaxing sights and sounds of the mighty Truckee River surrounding the event.

Drawing more than 50,000 people to downtown Reno’s Riverwalk District and Wingfield Park, the Reno River Festival has become one of the region’s biggest events that marks the beginning of event season in the Truckee Meadows.

The Music Festival within the Reno River Festival features live music on two stages—Wingfield Park Amphitheater and Craft Beer Village—for artists behind some of the biggest hits on the radio performing the music they wrote for major stars.

Vendor Village

Discover everything from a wide selection of summer clothes, to home decor, purses, hats jewelry and beyond. Vendor Village features more than 100 shops with one-of-a-kind pieces created by local artists and crafters.

MusicFest at the Reno River Fest

Take in summer vibes at MusicFest! These outdoor concerts in the park are a showcase of local music. Local musicians will perform on the Wingfield Amphitheater stage all day, both days of the Reno River Fest.

Summer Libations

Quench your summer thirst with a wide variety of local and national craft brews, hard seltzers, and other summer libations. Hop it up a notch and get bubbly with tickets to the Craft Beer & Seltzer Experience!
