If you’re craving some American classics, order up everything from eggs with bacon and toast, to buttermilk pancakes, chicken fried steak and eggs, stuffed french toast, and an impressive 38 omelets. Order favorites like Ms. Eve, made with apples and cinnamon and smothered in cheddar cheese, to the Taco Omelet, made with fresh seasoned taco meat and served with fresh Pico de Gallo and jack cheese, to the Lobster Fest, made with giant chunks of lobster and served with fresh avocado and jack cheese, to name a few.

The Omelet House of Henderson invites you to sink your teeth into a few different food challenges, including the Monster Omelet Challenge, made with 12 eggs, cheddar cheese, onions, peppers, and your choice of ham or sausage. It’s served with potatoes or toast, and the challenger must tackle everything in one sitting to be added to the “Wall of Fame”, a free t-shirt, and free meal. For lunch, participate in the Monster Burger Challenge, made with 3 pounds of savory beef, with lettuce, bacon, tomato, thousand island dressing, and American cheese served with french fries. Finish everything in one sitting, and your name is added to the “Wall of Fame, a free t-shirt, and of course, the meal is on the house.
The Omelet House Henderson is open every day of the year except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
