Dine on the wild side with High Steaks Vegas, the only steakhouse in Las Vegas that serves game meats. In addition to prime steaks and fresh seafood, the menu includes bison, elk, and venison.
Take in unbelievable views from the 50th floor of the Rio Hotel & Casino while enjoying one of the most unique steakhouse menus in the city.
Located in the Rio Las Vegas, High Steaks Vegas comes from Las Vegas native and renowned chef James Trees, founder of Arts District-staple Esther’s Kitchen. This steakhouse’s mouthwatering menu reflects the best cuts from across the animal kingdom—though there are plenty of pescatarian and vegetarian selections, too.
