Two of the most anticipated events on the NASCAR calendar, the Pennzoil 400 takes place in the spring and the South Point 400 happens in the fall.
The Spring and Fall NASCAR Weekend events bring nonstop action to LVMS, filling three days with practice, qualifying, and playoff races. Las Vegas Racing: NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series
As if Las Vegas isn’t wild and exciting enough, the city hosts the fast and furious National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) Camping World Drag Racing Series twice a year, making for a pair of extremely nitro-powered events. The NHRA Four-Wide Nationals take place in the spring, and the top names in drag racing return to Las Vegas in the fall for the NHRA Nevada Nationals, which can determine world championships in numerous racing classes.
