Elko Food Truck Fridays
Bring a big appetite to Elko Food Truck Fridays, where tasty eats and family fun are served up all summer long.
2025 Update: This year, Elko Food Truck Fridays is teaming up with Great Basin College to introduce a new event series called Beats & Bites. Held on the fourth Thursday of each month from May through August, Beats & Bites will take place at the GBC campus on Chilton Circle in Elko. The event features a rotating lineup of local food trucks, live music, raffle prizes, and other family-friendly activities. Each event runs from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Voted Best Local Event in the Elko Daily Free Press’ 2023 Readers’ Choice Awards, Elko Food Truck Fridays are the ultimate foodie destination in northeastern Nevada.
From May through August, the fun rolls into Elko the third Friday of each month at 291 Idaho Street, typically from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. A dozen different food trucks offer a variety of cuisines—everything from burgers and Korean barbeque to shaved ice and espresso. Kids will be extra entertained with a bounce house, face painting, and more.
Elko Food Truck Fridays keeps the party going in nearby Spring Creek, too. Every fourth Friday of the month from May through August, the food trucks and family-friendly activities go just 15 miles southeast of Elko. The Spring Creek Food Truck Fridays typically run 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 232 Spring Creek Parkway and include live music in the evenings.
Depending on weather, Elko Food Truck Fridays extend into September or October. All Elko Food Truck Fridays are free to attend, but each food truck sets their own prices for food and drink. Check Elko Food Truck Fridays’ website or call (775) 385-2582 for the latest information.
